Buy a Used Onewheel With A Warranty!
The cornerstone of Charged Canada is about providing pre-owned Onewheels that are guaranteed to work perfectly for the new owner. That is why we provide a warranty for the first 500 kilometres or 6 months use for the new owner.
When you purchase a used Onewheel from Charged Canada, the following document will be sent as a fillable PDF to sign and return.
The warranty covers everything except for:
- Wear and tear.
- Manufacturing defects.
- Issues related to exposure to water/and or salt.
- Issues related to firmware updates improperly completed by the customer.
What If My Board Does Have An Issue?
In the rare case that we miss something, we will take full responsibility and make it right. We will either
- Replace a part.
- Send out a different board in similar condition.
