The used Onewheels come from online marketplaces in the USA and Canada, as well as trade ins. We try to source as many Onewheels as possible from the USA as we don't have the most 'full' market in Canada for used Onewheels. Since 2020, Charged Canada has purchased a few hundred Onewheels and they are all ridden and tested throughly, opened up for an inspection, and cleaned before being passed on to the new owner.

Surprisingly they are not. After 5 years of purchasing Onewheels, we have gotten the eye for what to look for when purchasing. We have a checklist we go through, which you can use too. Click here to view it.

All of the Onewheels are thoroughly tested and cleaned before the new owner comes along.

In short the warranty covers everything that can go wrong excluding:

1. Water damage
2. Errors when updating firmware

Most orders are shipping the same day or next business day.

We use several different shipping companies depending where you are located, they all include tracking which will be provided to you when the label is generated

Onewheel does not warranty any board that has gone to second hand ownership. Even if it is within their warranty period, they will only speak with the original purchaser who is named on the receipt for the Onewheel
